If I could, I would give this place no stars. I've been taking my boots here for years & never had a problem. Two weeks ago I needed soles replaced on a pair; the repair man that took my boots in was the same one that worked on them. He did a horrible job!Welting was very crooked > Paint brush strokes on heel were visible & the paint started to chip after two days of use > Nails on the sole were bent/crooked & one even went through the welting & came out by the arch of the boot. Overall, extremely lazy, poor, & unacceptable craftsmanship.

No Good sign says open from 8Am to 12pm ~ 2Pm to 5 Pm wasted my time for them to open after 2 Pm never did and is disconnected.

I was in a pinch and needed somone to shine a pair of boots. I found this place on Google maps and was very pleased with the work. She had my boots ready within 3hrs and only charged me $8.

Same snooty old lady at counter she would even acknowledge me. Why have a shoe repair business if you are going to be selective on who you help. Very disrespectful old lady.

I have been looking for a good shoe repair place to take my heels and wedges. I finally found one. The owner did an amazing job repairing my shoes. You must try this place before letting go of you favorite shoes!!.
