I bought a car from them and have had nothing but problems, I have spent over $500 in repairs already. It's been just over a month now! The owner was helpful in some ways, but I got the feeling fixing my car was not what was being done. I finally took the car somewhere else and I hope it's been fixed this time. The check engine light kept coming on. I still don't have the title work done yet, either!

This place will knowingly sell a vehicle that's beyond repair, give you the runaround for 7+ months & have the cajones to try & sell you another one. I do not recommend purchasing from this establishment. The previous owner was good, made sure he only purchased quality vehicles. The new owner is exactly what you'd expect from a used car salesman. Sneaky, dishonest, won't provide maintenance documentation when requested & blames his co-workers for his own failures.

Very shady company that screws their customers over, then gets upset about bad reviews. We went days with zero contact but as soon as a bad reviews was given, called within 5 minutes.

Just purchased my 3rd car from here. Everyone is extremely friendly and really goes the extra mile. Cars are clean and when it comes to purchasing a used car, it's not such an easy endeavor but they make it as painless as possible.

Bought a 2008 car which didn’t even last nine months got stranded motor broke .They’re going to fix it , but charge me about 2000.00 more not reliable cars to buy.

Spoke with Orlando from F&E Auto sales. This individual provided the worst experience by phone (956-428-0505). Now after asking Orlando a simple question on monthly payments, he began to ramble with personal negative thoughts and “circle around” as if we had nothing further to speak about. I simply informed Orlando if we can move on from my question as the response was a clear No. Immediately, Orlando hung up on me. Now most people just won’t bother calling back but I felt like I had to. So at this point Orlando’s voice is drilled into my head already. I called back and Orlando answered and said “yea”. Now it’s stated on this companies FB profile, “ we differentiate ourselves by understanding our local car-buying community and satisfying its needs.” Orlando failed in the worst way possible. Smh.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS CAR LOT sells non working vehicles,keeps your Down Payment,and keeps 2 (Sept & Oct) payments given to bank Westlake Financial On Aug 25 2016 purchased an 2009 dodge journey maroon ...was over heating the first week took back , after the so called fixed it , was still having trouble with it,Turned off completly on the expressway 77,I got a 2nd opinion since they didnt figure it out the first time and got a tune up we paid $500 out of our pocket and our mechanic then confirmed that the motor was messed up, so we take back, the supposedly fixed it but they did fail to mention that this bank WESTLAKE FINANCIAL had our loan in a REVIEW to make the long story short, they ripped us off, Oh L & J Auto Sales enjoy the money you stole from us, Larry the owner is such a rude person.
