When I started shopping for a new refrigerator, I had not realized what a large selection of appliances that Jano's carried - including American made! Staff was readily available and knowledgeable. I wanted a special feature; no problem, they could order and have it delivered within a week! After delivery, I even received a follow-up call!Great products - Great customer service!

We've had enough with the big name stores that couldn't guarantee delivery times as promised. We then went through several stores in our area searching for quality furniture. By chance we saw Jano's online in Harlingen, and came into the store.Short story is, we found everything on our list and more. Lilliana was a godsend, prices were better than we've seen elsewhere, and unbelievably....everything is being delivered tomorrow. My furniture shopping is done.Don't shop anywhere else..save yourselves.

Went in looking for a mattress. Place was clean and comfortable. Salesperson was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Was not pushy and let us look on our own. Price and comfort of mattress was what we were looking for. Purchased mattress and was excited to have delivered the next day. Mattress was delivered the next day. Guys delivered the new mattress and carried to the second floor. Took plastic off and laid mattress carefully. The topper was that they took the old mattress. Went to several places and they would not take the old mattress. This made up our decision to purchase the mattress. Thanks for the great experience and will go back again. Dan

I have to say that Jano's is a great place to shop. They had what i was shopping for in stock, quick purchase and same day delivery. Floor staff and delivery staff are friendly and very helpful. I appreciate the followup phone call I received regarding delivery and appliance installation. Most stores do not do that. Thank you Jano's
