Staff was super friendly Carolyn was such a great help I kept going back since my daughter has such thin fingers I kept getting the wrong size and Carolyn had so much patience with me , I will be definitely be doing my business here for my daughters.

I went in not knowing what I wanted, hoping for some guidance from a professional staff. I was very disappointed in the knowledge and enthusiasm of the sales person. I did buy an okay necklace and pendant but most likely I will look somewhere else to buy jewelry in the future and never visit a James Avery.
