I was having trouble preparing my taxes, I trust the knowledge and experience at the jackson hewitt on Tyler in Harlingen and this is why, I was a walk in and was greeted and promptly met with San Juana Sayas and she took the time to explain and teach, helping me understand where I was having trouble and she walked me through everything and by the time I knew it I had my refund and over a grand in refund that I would have missed on my own. Thanks San Juana sayas and jackson hewitt downtown Harlingen! I am very satisfied with the experience and knowledge, customer service and I trust with my family's money at jackson hewitt.

The ladies there were very nice and communicative. They talked through the process very clearly and I could automatically tell that they want what was best for each of their customers.
