I had a disappointing customer service experience at hobby lobby. I waited in line, and as I was placing my items on the counter, the cashier suddenly put up a ‘closed’ sign. When I asked if she would still check me out, she just responded, ‘I don’t know because I clocked out!’ I understand needing to finish a shift, but it would’ve been courteous to let me know she was the last client. Instead, I was left feeling frustrated and as though my time was wasted. A little communication could go a long way in improving customer service here.

Even though I like having different crafting store options when I am in this store usually for frame work. I find myself appreciating the quality and courtesy of a skilled Craftsman considering glass and frames. Richard was most helpful and made a Birthday far more rich. Very happy much value for the dollar spent.

I love the music the products.
But the flashlight area worries me because it has a lot of weight and one of its shelves is already bent, I think a flashlight could fall when I pick it up to see it. If they can reinforce these shelves it would be perfect.
