Second time I've tried using their curbside and same thing as last time their electricity went out again and they don't even call anybody to tell them that their order has been canceled completely so now it's 24 to 48 hours to wait for a refund. I do not recommend anybody goes to this H-E-B nor do I recommend anybody uses their curbside if this is going to be the case. How is there not a system setup to where when the electricity goes out they have to do things manually. And or I mean you know the items I'm taking you can at least give me the over shelf items you're charging me anyways and y'all refund the items you don't give me. It's lazy employees and bad management.

2nd best HEB in Harlingen. Clean. Small bathroom, usually occupied. Small selection.

Smaller neighborhood HEB grocery store. Has basically all of your necessities and more. Currently under construction, so please be patient.

Absolute trash. Worst management, lazy employees. Don’t have a clue about running a grocery store, but people still have to shop here because it’s the only option we have. Closes early every night, you check out your own groceries but they can’t be bothered to even refill the receipt tape.

HEB is a great store with lots of choices. This is a smaller store and is undergoing a renovation. Very crowded and parking lot a mess but staff is friendly, helpful and intelligent.

This is my favorite HEB Michael, Savanah, Danielle and the rest of the pharmacy are the best,very friendly and helpful!!!Today I was in the cake section and asked the lady's for a peticular item they were both quick to say they didn't have it,,Paul was overhearing our conversation and said I think there are some in back,and returned with an armload Thanks Paul for going the extra mile and that's why I shop there!!!Thanks HEB GOOD JOB ?
