My visit was just like every other visit to HEB. Chaotic. Parking lot is a nightmare only seconded by the isles inside the store. Probably not the stores fault. People just don’t have any respect for others.

Love this HEB, however it is busy! The one downside to this HEB is the entrance and exit are so far from each other. I point that out more for those with mobility issues.

I asked the lady at floral by the name of Christian if she could please water the orchid I was taking and she said she could not because it would die and it needed ice cubes. I looked up if tap water was fine to water orchids and it is…. 3 or 4 drops of water would’ve been fine too but she was very fast to deny service. Overall I’m very disappointed to know how uneducated this “floral partner” is.

A little on the pricey side but you can always count on your produce and meat to be fresh and lasts longer than ones we've bought in other places.
