My grandson lost his inhaler two days after filling his prescription! I called HEB pharmacy expecting no help! But that same day they got the authorization from Dr. to give him another inhaler!! The staff are a real blessing! Thank you all!!

2 separate instances. I had my children’s medications called in. I called to ask when they would be ready for pick up. They told me “about 1 hour” not uncommon, no big deal. So I went in after an hour and asked for the meds. The they told me that the order was not processed because it was labeled as a “possible” pick up and that they would just now submit then for processing and it would take an additional 30 minutes. I don’t know what goes through these peoples mind when I’m calling asking for an approximate time the medication would be ready, but this is totally unprofessional I wouldn’t mind waiting an hour and a half if they would’ve just told me that’s how long it would’ve taken instead of having me sitting around waiting like I have nothing better to do.

They tend to be. Late and make people wait too long for there meds 6 employees and that doesn’t help speed up service . No line in front of me, lying about there’s people ahead of me is not true .

I used to love this HEB, but I’ve noticed the old managers aren’t there anymore. They would always used to be standing and looking to make sure the lines weren’t long, asking if you needed help, and would be very vigilant. I saw one just chatting away with an employee with only two lanes open and customers waiting in long lines past the freezers. Please bring back the old management or someone look into fixing this.
