H-E-B Pharmacy provides excellent customer service with a very personable and knowledgeable pharmacist. The staff is always polite, courteous, professional, and very well informed. They are efficient and the greatest, always ready to help. The pharmacy is very helpful with getting prescriptions filled and managing medications, including handling issues like lost prescriptions by quickly getting authorizations. They are helpful with vaccinations, offering over 14 different types including COVID and shingles shots, and are very helpful with getting vacation supplies. The staff works hard to keep patients posted and faces any issues with doctors when needed. They are a real blessing, ensuring medications are in good hands.

We moved from Fort Worth, Texas., where CBS was where we went. Been in Harlingen for 3 1/2 years. By far the HEB Pharmacy on Morgan St., is the most efficient the staff in the pharmacy are the greatest. They are always polite, courteous, and very well informed.
