They were knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cared about helping me find the perfect vehicle. Alan Perez and Jose Linares were both amazing. The level of professionalism and customer service was unmatched. You can’t find this kind of service everywhere! They answered all my questions, explained everything in detail, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my choice. I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase. I highly recommend, this was definitely worth the 5 hour drive, since we were coming from up state!

The service rep was rude and unhelpful. I was told the next time I came in for an oil change I needed to call and let him know that I drive a jeep. He had just ordered the filter the day before and I would have had to wait longer if he didn’t do that for me. He asked me what Gilman Jeep had promised me because sometimes “they” tell you things that are wrong. I will not be returning again.

If I could leave no stars I would
I had a terrible experience at this dealership. They had my truck for an extended period and still didn't want to work on it kept saying they couldn’t hear a problem after sending them multiple videos of proof there was a noise The manager John was extremely rude when he called me he was like “ let me deal with you “ and told me to take my truck again for the 5th time this month and pulled us into his office and after him having a whole attitude he told me “ to go put pressure where you bought it not on us “ and proceeded to say “if I don’t fix your truck I don’t get paid “ multiple times he was saying that and I went ahead asked whats the next step and he kept saying he doesn’t have a solution and Isaura, the lady in the dealership service center never bothered to answer my calls never bothered to call or message me back Very disappointed with their service if I could leave no stars I would never have I ever experienced bad customer service so save your self the time

Brought in 2025 Chev Trax August 7th because AC broke down and it was not cooling at all. Service Dept had to order the evaporator and I'm still waiting for it to come in.
