Haven't had my install yet but already not looking good. Have been told waiting for weeks and reschedules because they don't have an office in San Antonio. Seems they are waiting until they build enough service calls in order for it to be worth them traveling for a new customer. I will update if I ever get installed. FYI, I canceled my previous provider because I was going to be install a week ago. That's why I'm waiting for this new company. Otherwise I would have never canceled.

Gigabit is awesome! We’ve had it for about a year and the only time it goes out is when the power goes out. As soon as the power comes back on…Gigabit is back!

Good Internet but nobody answers the phone after hours when Internet goes down. No Facebook or phone call response. Going back to spectrum. Would rather pay more

Great customer service. They arrived at the time agreed upon. They resolved an issue that I had quickly and over the phone. The speed is great, the fastest available in Progreso. It is consistent and does not lag at all.

Whenever the internet goes down, they will have it back up as quickly as possible AND the speeds are phenomenal. My parents and I enjoy the internet without any or much slow down if at all, even when our extended family visit. The technician Amado Iracheta was very very helpful during my last issue.

They made waste an entire morning. They said the would be there at a certain time and never showed up. When we called they said they would be there in 30 minutes. Never showed up. When we called again they said they did know when they would be here.

Gigabit is one of the best internet service provider I have ever dealt with. The hardware is reliable, modern and easy to use. I have had them for over a year now and have never had to call in for customer service. If your lookingq for someone to replace the monopoly of cable internet look no further. #gaming is also really good.

Great customer service! You don't have to go thru all the bs to talk to a human! If internet is down or any issues I get notified thru email and are kept in the loop throughout the day of repairs! I love that about this place. The internet is also good but can be better. Overall it's Great! Been hear almost a year and a half and will continue.. ? Keep up the GREAT work!
