This business is a scam with the worst customer service! These people are the laziest, most unmotivated, incompetent and they make it impossible to do business! Tried speaking to them over the phone twice and doing a quote online!!! Crappy service terrible lazy people that won’t help you! If getting a quote is this complicated I can’t imagine getting service after an accident!!? Freaking scam artists…. I don’t know how anyone could rate them higher than one star so I’m sure those are fake reviews

Worst insurance for Auto. Almost a year since my son was involved in an accident. They drag there m their feet on everything. I'm still waiting on my $2,000 plus more check for deductible I paid and I still haven't been reimbursed! Horrible! That's why I canceled my policy and went with a more reputable company and meanwhile still waiting on them and hearing nothing but excuses ?
