Worst customer service ever ! Never going to this agency again! Not only did they know nothing about the policy but I had called ahead of time and they said they closed at 6 but when my mother showed up they basically told her to leave not only because they couldn’t explain what was going on with the policy but because they were going to leave for the day! It was 5:15!!!!

Just like to say that I'm thankful but more gratefulfor Insurance agent Kassandra she help me with my insurance policy full coverage and liability she was very knowledgeable but more very professional! She explained everything in very good details and I was very satisfied when I walk out of the office.
