I always go to the location in San Benito but today I decided to go this one since i was in the area. I was trying to cash in my husband's check for him because he's incarcerated. I had a letter with power of attorney allowing me do these things on his behalf. The lady in the front was rude, I tried to explain that I had the letter and she was just like, "no, I'm not gonna do that for you" she had the check in her hand and letter but didn't bother to look at it. So I snatched it from her and told her I'll be going elsewhere. I was able to cash it at the location I always go to. I will never come to this location ever again. If would have totally understood if they weren't able to cash it but the way she talked to me was what got me mad. I didn't get her name but she had blonde-ish highlights.

Very upset with costumer service Fri the 12th & Sat. The 13th . They lack knowledge to treat customer. Hope some day they will know the feeling.

The tellers are very kind at drive thru window at this location. However the customer service line was very rude and not helpful at all. Zero customer care. Their online app is very much a beginner app. There almost nothing you can do on it, definitely needs maintenance work. ATM machine doesn’t allow you to deposit cash, and as well is limited to only certain banking options. Their website lacks a lot of its functions. Glad we are closing our account after hearing from previous customers and even current ones going through issues.

Website needs serious maintenance. I can't even log in to my mothers account to help her check her finances. Prompts you to a screen to send you a code it takes forever to receive a code. You are not even allow to input your email and reset your password using your email. I wish that they could fix the website. Chase and IBC are ahead of the game. Their websites are easy to maneuver easy to access.

10 reviews2 minutes agoIts phone app is just about the lousiest I’ve ever used. It stops working when you need it the most to check on a transaction. As soon as I finish all my payment arrangements, I’m changing banks. This bank has stopped being reliable.

Very Professional and Friendly. I use all their branches and the Drive-Thru service is so much quicker than that of other banks.

I do my banking at the Raymondville branch. I've been to this location on Sunshine Strip 3 times and VERY rude service. I dont know where they were taught their customer service skills.

Wow! You talk about a miserable place to make business... Right off the bat, the cashier tells me that there will be a 5 dollar fee to cash a check made to me from that institution! Talk about money greed! I would never take my money there.
