This place was empty aside from 2 other customers when I visited with my wife to browse. There were at least 6 people behind the counter, 4 were helping out the 2 customers, and the other 2 were just lollygagging. I was waiting for one of them to acknowledge me while I was up at the counter and got no help. I waited a good 2 or 3 minutes before just walking out.

Hey, how’s it going? I highly recommend going to this place an associate named Mario Cortez helped Every step of the way to sell my laptop at a reasonable price I highly recommend coming here and asking for Mario. He’s the biggest help every time I go there.

Customer Service was great, however maybe they were trying to hide the fact that a shotgun I bought didn't have a firing pin. I looked at it and everything seemed fine, they said it was fine but as soon as I pulled the trigger nothing happened.... Just be careful because I wouldn't trust anyone that works there.
