They don’t keep delivery date. Sadly, there is absolutely nothing you can do about it except give a bad review. I received a call today telling me that they would not deliver my freight today as scheduled. They said they would deliver to tomorrow. Luckily, I have never dealt with these people before and likely will never deal with them again. Other freight companies always deliver my items. FedEx was just the company the shipper selected and I had no say in the matter. When I do, no FedEx for me, ever!

great facility, great customer service unfortunately they only take freight not big heavy boxes. Dollar General FedEx drop off locations have a weight limit. none of the websites tell you that for big or heavy boxes in the RGV you have to go to Harlingen or Edinburg.

Only reason I visited the place is because my package had about 10 different delays and was gonna be forced to wait another 4 days before and thats after all these delays...I would never do Fed ex again...Their tracking page page doesn't even reload...Stick to UPS if you in Texas
