Staff was friendly and very accommodating. My schedule changed and they were able to work with me and let me keep my vehicle for an extra week with no hassle. After I was done with my vehicle I was able to get a complimentary ride to pick up my vehicle when I was done with my rental. Would definitely use again in the future. ?

I am writing this one-star review to express my profound disappointment with the service I received from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at their location on 7800 W Expressway 83. As a master technician, I was looking forward to a hassle-free rental experience, especially since I was embarking on a solo work trip with illness.Upon renting the car, the initial inspection seemed satisfactory to the staff. With their assurance, I set off on my journey, taking into account that I was already feeling unwell. However, my experience quickly turned into a nightmare.Within just one day of reaching Houston, my health deteriorated rapidly, compelling me to cut my trip short and head back home. When I returned the rental vehicle, I was required to undergo the same inspection process to ensure it was in the same condition as I had received it. To my astonishment, the attendant claimed that something was amiss and suggested that I had removed an extra tire.This revelation left me furious and deeply concerned. What if I had found myself stranded in the middle of nowhere without a spare tire? It is unacceptable that Enterprise Rent-A-Car neglected to provide me with an essential safety component like a spare tire. Their lack of responsibility and disregard for customer safety is both alarming and infuriating.Furthermore, when I voiced my frustration and concern to the manager, their response was dismissive and illogical. To claim that it is not their fault because they are located "everywhere" is an absurd argument. As a responsible car rental company, it is their duty to ensure that all vehicles are equipped with necessary safety features, including spare tires.The overall service I received from Enterprise Rent-A-Car at this location was severely lacking. Their negligence in providing a basic safety component and the dismissive attitude of the manager have left me deeply dissatisfied. I expected better from a company of their stature, especially when it comes to customer service.I strongly advise potential renters to think twice before choosing Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 7800 W Expressway 83. Their lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer safety is a serious concern. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating, and I sincerely hope that they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.Note: This review is based on my personal experience and reflects my opinion as a dissatisfied customer.

Made a reservation for 8am. Asked for an intermediate car or standard. They had a super small compact. Then said I can get you a car around 10:30. Mind you I have a meeting in San Antonio, this literary made me late. Then they called back at 2 and said that they had the compact car again. Ridiculous. They know how to take the reservation, they don’t know how to hold the reservation, that’s really the important part. Very dissatisfied.

I placed a reservation on the 4th of October, and have yet to get a vehicle. I keep getting rescheduled and told that there are other people in the office. Therefore the car I reserved is being issued out to others. It's already October 14 and no one has called me to notify me of a car being available. I have called every single day while on my way to see if they had any available, they still claim to have no cars available but that they have people in office. This place is the worst they didn't take my ID cause it was cracked, I took time off my job to get a new one as they requested once I receive the paper ID I called them to notify them and they decided to rent out the car I had reserved. I placed a reservation just like everyone else but they keep screwing me over. This place is a joke. Worst customer service ever. I was left without a car for 10 days now. Wasted my time and the people that were kind enough to give me a ride to this joke of a place.
