Here for work. Was thrilled to see they have a DB. The first day line moved slow and when I arrived at work realized my order was wrong. I decided to try again today. Pulled into line and waited. 5 cars in line. The line didn’t move and no one was out side taking orders as experienced in other DB. After the vehicle behind me backed out and left I decided to do the same and try the window. At the window there was no greeting and at that point they did send someone out to cars to take orders. Continued to wait The 2 staff in the building continued to make drinks and never acknowledged my presence a few feet away from them. When the employee taking orders came in from out side their disdain for their job appeared clearly on their face as they asked my order.Decided to go to Starbucks . Though just as busy the line moved quickly, I was greeted with a smile, and my order was correct.I understand this location opened within the last year but based on other reviews it doesn’t appear the service is getting any better. Hope you all find your groove soon.

My husband and I have gone multiple times to this location since they opened. We went today but noticed drive thru was a little busy, so we got off to order at the window. We tried to order our usual drinks that we have gotten previously. My husband always gets a banana freeze but the employee told us they don’t do that. (When they have done it before) I go on to order mine and wanted to try something new. So when I asked for a certain syrup she told me to try Starbucks instead. Which I found to be disrespectful given that she works for Dutch Bros. I was very disappointed in the customer and product service today. Hire broistas that bring in more customers. Clean house of the employees who push customers away.

My boyfriend and I were kindly let into the line to merge in front of the car, however, after making our way to the window to get our drinks they were not ready and we could hear the workers talking amongst themselves about us. They spoke very rudely and loudly about us to each other that we were in the wrong for merging before having our order taken. The worst part was that instead of being professional and explaining their concern to us, the worker instead chose to say to his co worker, “I’m sure they heard us”. Very disrespectful and should definitely be fired with that unprofessional manner of theirs. Do better choosing who you hire Dutch bros!!

Very disrespectful. Merged into lane and got to the front and workers loudly spoke between each other rudely for me to hear that I was in the wrong for merging before having my order taken. And then instead of explaining their concern, the worker went on to tell his co worker “I’m sure they heard me”??

1 hour waiting in the drive thru line. Really? Dutch Bros you need to step it up because I saw plenty of cars backing out and heading towards Starbucks. The wait times are unacceptable! Do better.

Went here again since months to give it another try, I’m pregnant okay and I haven’t eaten all day. I had patience, I was told $6.55 then when I get to window it’s $7.35. Lady was rude when I gave her the cash, a coin fell and I asked if I had enough so I can get cash back and no change, she said yes yet she gave me change. Cmon dude. Then she proceeds to hand me my money back with such an attitude and slaps it in my hand, I asked for my sticker and she said we don’t have any we ran out. Your customer service and drinks went downhill !!!!!
