“Staff working in the isle was friendly and helpful when I couldn't find an item. The store was clean.
Some of their items have red dots over their original prices, didn't see anywhere an explanation to what it meant. I still got charged for the amount under the red dots.”

“I am a regular customer and had a gift card that never worked at any of the stores in Harlingen. Every time I went cashiers would apologize but were not able to help me. Today YVONNE put in the card manually and fixed the problem in a quick and professional way. She saved the day and saved me from throwing away my card. She’s very smart and professional. “They carry just about everything! It's like a mini Walmart. Staff is very helpful and are knowledgeable about what they have on hand and what aisle it's located. The store is always clean and organized. I love coming here because you don't have the crowds, like you find at Walmart or HEB.”

I was able buy everything from my favorite energy drinks too sugar for making Kool Aids and lemon tea. The assortment of candy is fair and the chips aisle is spectacular.”

“It's so much less expensive going to get milk, bread and eggs among other things at Dollar General then the grocery stores. Dollar General is so conveniently located in my neighborhood and where else can you get a gallon of fresh Hygeia milk for $2.50? Their milk is so fresh because they sell so much of it that it's constantly turning over!”
