Pass this place up!! This place needs a Negative 5 stars. Don't get stuck without your meds and a lot of double talk. We have been waiting on a order of monthly meds for my daughter for almost a week since they are on order!! The line is always long and good staff has left because of the chaos. CVS should really close this site or get the higher ups involved, it's really that bad.

Timbin at the target location in Harlingen needs to learn phone and in person etiquette. On phone she will hang up on you if she can't understand what you are saying or mean she's hung up on us on more than one occasion for not understanding us and in person she treats u like second class because she don't understand you. I'm about to take my business to another pharmacy. Tim in should not be allowed to answer phones or wait on customer's

Was told last week that they would have my medicine in by today, and was also given the option to refill prescription at another CVS. I decided to wait for the medication delivery because I did like getting my meds filled here. Well when I brought my RX in to get filled I can only assume that they forgot to order because I was told that "it was not in, and wouldn't be delivered until the end of the week. I was given another pharmacy to get it filled." The only reason I would think they forgot to order because instead of checking the computer for inventory like they always do, she too my prescription and I heard her ask the pharmacist if they had my medication (I think this is a violation of HIPPA) and they discussed it for a couple of minutes. Any way as I mentioned that that I would take my business else where, I was told in a very condescending way " have a great day". I felt that a sorry would have made this whole incident go over much better and wouldn't be writing this bad review. But they didn't and here I am.
