This is my second bad experience with this pharmacy! I will not be using them ever again! The wait is always over 2 hours long and after waiting for 2 hours they always end up telling me the medication is not in stock!

Worst experience. Tried setting up for prescriptions delivery and it sends you for a loop back and forth but never lets you opt for delivery. Then you call the store and the automated voice is also the worst. My mom is elderly and she needs help and they cant help her at the store. She doesn't have a smart phone and that's the only way they can help her SMH. I'm trying to convince her to change pharmacies.

Visiting store to purchase Tide detergent, to my findings it seems the store stock of Tide detergent is very minimal quantity.
Have had same experience other times I am at store for same product.
Did not need assistance from your personnel, as I checked out myself.
Greeting person was very attentive and courteous as I entered and existed store.
Wish we had another CVS store in Harlingen TX.

The vitamins and supplements here are more expensive than the walgreena that is across the street.

Rude drive thru clerk told me that she couldn't tell me the price of the medicine at the drive thru window & that I would have to come inside for that. I went over to Walgreens across the street & not only did they tell me the price in 2 minutes time but they also gained a customer. If you're having a bad day, stay home rather than being an unhelpful clerk.

Employees are so unorganized and rude. Got ran into by one who laughed it off. Womens restroom door was locked and the employees are making a joke of it. Absolutely horrible experience

this review deserves a zero. I was waiting for my prescriptions and I overheard the staff complaining how many pills I needed filled. They were laughing and making snide jokes. The thing that helped people, ordered the customers, talked over the customers like we were annoying her. I let them know I was the one they were talking about, but they didn't care. As I was leaving another customers was getting shouted at. I transferred my scripts elsewhere, this place needs to go out of business. Do Not Reccomend

I went to CVS last night to use my bew 2024 F-Flexible Spending Acct. card on some products I needed. Not knowing which products were eligible, I brought a couple of different ones to the register. Jeremiah was the young man that assisted me. He was extremely helpful in helping me out and explained how the card worked. He was very professional and patient. Above all polite. Others will just say, you need to call the back of the card. Please train the other employees to follow Jeremiah's work ethics. The store is very fortunate to have such a nice helpful young man.
