Orders done 1/29/24 for gifts for 2 different addresses arrived in timely manner. Grapefruit great, however the oranges in both gifts were woody and tasteless. After a call the orange replacements were to be sent. One shipment arrived March 10, fruit was better. The second replacement was not sent though processed at the same time. March 11 I called again, the right person was on lunch break, no return call several hours later. I called again same day, “it did not get shipped though was processed. It will go out tomorrow and you will have it by end of Week”. Never has there been any apologies. Today March 19, still no oranges. Call again, “It was shipped yesterday-18th, It will be there by the end of the week” Again NO APOLOGIES! Hmm They are not a member of the Better Business Bureau. I will not purchase again from this company with such poor customer service and products.

Not only was the shipping delayed when I received the grapefruits most of them were rotten and inedible. Called customer service and they blamed it on the shipping company and did not take responsibility for the bad products. The customer service person was very rude and unreasonable. Will not be purchasing again.

WOW, I thought I was very careful to repeat my long time order of a half bushel of ruby reds a month for 4 months and lo and behold we wind up with all four half bushels on the porch today. I am extremely disappointed as I won't be able to enjoy these outstanding fruits all winter as I have for years! Oh well, maybe next year I'll try Florida grapefruit? Disappointed in Rolla

Well….forget the value of their stated “Satisfaction Guarantee”. I ordered a bushel of fruit, oranges and grapefruit.I was raised in South Texas and know good fruit when I see it. This was disappointing. Dull, lifeless, membrane in the oranges and a bitter juice. Not good. The little chicadee who took my call said thats the way navel oranges are.Sorry Charlie, there were several vibrant, glistening with life fruit in the box. But not many. I think most of the fruit is dated and not this seasons. The guarantee? Not worth the ink used to print it.

Purchased a large case, half grapefruit, half oranges, $65. Almost all the oranges were pithy and dry - quite unappetizing, no one in the house would eat them. An email to Crockett Farms about it has gone unanswered. Disappointing.Edit- 1 month later they sent a half case of oranges followed by an email telling me they sent a half case of oranges. Thank you!

Our family exchanges fruit gifts each holiday season. Usually the ruby red grapefruit and honeybells. Current 3.7 star rating seems unfairly low. Call them up, talk to them, they cannot be disliked they are that helpful and talented. We have shopped numerous farms in FL and TX. FL has suffered from citrus disease and/or blight, TX is the spot. Crockett is super far south so less risk of frost damage. But the quality, taste, and consistency of their fruit is what made it an easy decision to become permanent customers until something changes for the worse. Gifting fruit is kind of expensive, but in bigger quantities it's really a good deal. Good luck regularly finding such good quality citrus in your local markets. We love Crockett Farms, and I assure you if you give them a try, you'll agree. We once reported 2 pieces of fruit frostbitten on the trip here, they sent a full layer of about 9 grapefruit to more than make it good. Cheers.

I recently received a gift pack from Crocket Farms . It was perfect! The grapefruit was the best and I love the grapefruit hand cleanser & soap. I miss living in South Texas!
