I don’t even know where to start. Great customer service by the employee Brittany Saucedo, she was very helpful and got my issue resolve in no time. She mention she was fairly new to the job. But to me seem like she had been doing the job since forever. I really wanted to come here and recognize her for doing a great job.

Wow... July Padilla the customer service representative was amazing. She is so kind and beyond helpful. If I took all my customer service experiences and added them all up.. it would not measure up to what she does to explain and help her customers.. Thank you July!

So...we have been cricket customers for a long time for many reasons. Never been disappointed u til today. It's my daughter's 15th Birthday and we wanted to buy her a new cell phone. I was asked to leave this store because I didn't have on a face mask. I usually would have one in but all of mine were in laundry at home and I didn't have one in the car. The employee had no consideration if I was vaccinated or not, which I am. Don't get me started on the pros/cons of Covid vaccine. My husband decided to stay and purchase a phone although I wanted to leave. He probably didn't realize I was peeved by this. He did have excellent customer service skills when helping us out hase phone...allowed us to purchase phone at a lesser price so I sort of appreciated that. First impressions stick with you, sales people need to remember that.

I was told I couldn't go in without a mask when the state doesn't require it anymore so we had to leave I will be changing from cricket to another cell phone provider
