They are different than other crickets, this one is privately owned by somebody. They have different rules and policies. You can do returns and they add extra things to your line and say they can't be taken off. The manager is Yesenia and they take advantage of people. Go to a different cricket!!

Five stars given because the purpose of my visit was to get my phone number out of a "group" plan. The young lady there was able to help me accomplish this and did not try to get me to buy another phone or up sell me anything. It seemed like a smooth transaction.

Just had a very distasteful conversation with Adrian, the manager at this location. Unfortunately his employees are not trained well, and he was confrontational which caused me to do the same. Cricket is affordable and the signal is good, but do not go to this location! My original problem was worth $100, which was not a big deal...the interaction I had with the manager turned this into a big deal! Customer interaction is vital to the success of any business, and this location is lacking! Find another cricket!
