Wow this cricket has an employee that does not know what she is doing. I went in for a eSIM and she wanted to get another line and a new phone cause me phone was “locked”.I call cricket my self and got a eSIM like in 5 minutes. This store not recommended.

Horrible customer service!! The girl working the counter was very rude and unprofessional. She was bragging about how rich she was (even though she's working at a phone store, rich people don't work at phone stores honey) and proceeded to continue running her mouth and being extremely hostile. You should take some lessons on how to address and deal with PAYING customers, you know since you're rich and all. ?
