Please don't waste your time or money at this store. Manager Mrs Menedez I think that's the name for her. She sold me a trash phone. I took it back the next day to get a new one or refund. They checked the phone and gave it back. I went back once again, and Mrs Mendez explained that I would need to make a claim. I said Noooo I'm within 7 days of return." But she explained it was too late for that. Mrs Mendez said she would file a claim. I call her to get an update, and she hides behind her employees to say she is not there. Oh, but her phone is since I'M CALLING HER CELL....she so STUPID. I rather drive somewhere else make sure I don't buy anything from her stores.

I went in to buy a phone for my daughter. Think her name was Edith and it was. She was very very helpful. Helped us to decide on a phone. Always with a smile. I mostly do my business online but from now on if she's working at this store I'm going in.
