This place is horrible. Horrible customer service. They will allow anyone to make changes on your account from off the street. Even if they don't know your pin number. The employees are completely incompetent. I will NEVER do business with cricket again. Beware they will let anyone walk in and change your account information . No customer service skills . They seemed bothered when you need assistance. This place is horrible. So are their clueless employees.

Awesome customer service the minute we walked in. Gave my sister the full attention that she needed and kept telling her if she needed anything she could go back at anytime. This is the store you want to go!!!!!!
