I bought a Cafe Refrigerator/freezer. Spent ALOT of money on this. I bought it in 2023 and has been in repair 3 times. Your home repair service has done nothing to help rectify my problems. I expected to get a new one considering mine is a dud, but no, your policy states that the problem has to occur 3 times in a year! I shouldnt had had one service call, let alone 3! Freezer motor went and lost alot of money on food and you all only offer $150. And my Ice maker makes Water Not ice. Service calls takes 2 weeks before service can be done. This is unexceptable when you have a large family! To all you out there considering buying from CONNS, don't do it!
