Philip was very courteous and helpful when test lights and electrical after bumper repairs were made. Repairs were made in a short time, mostly waiting for a new bumper. Would recommend.

Haroldo was very helpful and attentive… the part I needed was on back order indefinitely so unable to be gotten so I did get refunded the money I had paid to order it without any argument… very nice and helpful in helping me figure out alternative solutions

Excellent customer service provided by Daniel. I let him know I wasn’t satisfied with my car and he took care of the issue personally and returned my car in less than a week. I received constant updates on my car regarding the status and times lines. He also filled my gas tank to make up for the inconveniences caused.

Looks food so far, took longer than quoted, had nice guy in charge had trouble keeping in touch with adjuster for updates according to adjuster causing issues with rental company. Possibly due to weather issues we were having.

Very nice place, fair cost. Felt comfortable leaving our Trailblazer for repairs. Did a good job, honestly would recommend this repair shop.

Had a leaky roof “fixed” by them a few years back, come to find out recently that they ddnt actually fix it, their talented valley employees just shoved bondo in the hole instead of removing the rusted metal and patching it correctly. Typical for the valley I guess.

Daniel, Phillip, Victoria and whole team there are amazing! What I thought was impossible they got it done! Google pls add 5 more stars ? Hacienda collision center deserves10 stars for thier hard work, Dedication, actually caring for costumers and getting your vehicle back to you regardless of situation! Highly recommended! If you want great service- they get it done!

This is the second time I have taken my vehicle to Hacienda Collision Center and Mr. Rodriguez was amazing. Both times I dropped off my vehicle and gave him the information that way needed and he handled everything in a timely and professional manner as well as kept me informed about the status on my vehicle.

Everyone I spoke to was very polite and explanatory. They offered me a ride home and notified me of everything being done with my vehicle. My vehicle looks as good as new and drives great. Thank y'all for all you VERY FAST and HARD WORK!
