Great group of guys, got me exactly what I needed in a timely manner. Showed up at the designated time and was out working the hour. Glass has held up great in my Camaro and I’m extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely will be bringing my vehicles to them for work.

This place tried to tell me that rear door glass was no longer available. I did some research and found plenty of places that sold what I wanted.
To sum up the experience, he lied from the get go.
He was convinced he didn’t lie to me.
It started to rain and he hoped rain would catch me without a door glass. I had a plastic cover over the door to keep the rain out that he refused to put back on.
Little did he know I had another glass company with the correct glass that had the factory tint on it ready to install.
I had asked this “gentleman” at least 4 times if the glass was smoked like the other factory glass.
All he had to do was to be honest with me
and I would’ve waited for the correct door glass to come in. He honestly believed his own lies!
It’s a sin to lie

Please read this if you're thinking about coming here to get your windshield replaced. The men were unwilling to admit that the job they had done wasn't up to par for what i paid. I went back twice to try to explain and get them to fix the issue which was that the front windshield sounded like air was coming through the seals and all around, the man insisted that it was "normal" and since it wasn't "factory sealed" that it was to stay sounding that way. I got multiple second opinions saying "it shouldn't sound like air is coming in they put it on wrong" that being said I wasn't gonna come back to this place and be told the same thing for a 3rd time so i went elsewhere to get it fixed and put on properly. Would not recommend them.
Edit: No, there is no confusion here is the receipt showing we went to the business. The only time the employee went on a "test drive" was when i went back the 2nd time and still continued to state that nothing was wrong. If any people are in search of a place and want your windshield replaced and sealed correctly properly go to Glass Etc in Harlingen! They'll get it right the first time!

I called a few places to get a quote on windshield replacement and I went with the best deal. A day later, I received a phone call from place to follow up if I was still interested. After stating no, I had windshield replacement somewhere else. I was insulted with the “f%^k you, thanks for wasting my time.” As a business owner that’s a way to lose customers down the road.

Brought it in to get the back window fixed and it looks really nice except for the fact that they cracked my rear light cover. Now I have to worry if water will get in and mess it up. That's a whole other thing I have to worry about next. I know accidents happen but sharing my experience for future customers to know what they are paying for.
