Great place to get your plumbing and electrical material. Big business with the big industrial feeling. Been coming here for a while now to get electrical material. The staff is helpful and are people persons. They are always helpful and knowledgeable in their area of expertise all though the majority of times the visit is a little timely. Not sure if it's due to the recent location change or staff shortage. This never happens at the Weslaco location but all else good.

Great customer service and products. The sales associate Joanne was very helpful and made sure my order was perfect. I had no worries about the delivery and she worked about my crazy schedule. Everything was fast and easy. Joanne went above and beyond! Thank you for helping get the perfect sink and faucet for my kitchen remodel.

The lady in the showroom was beyond rude and rolled her eyes when I asked if she was available to help me look for a kitchen sink. She then insisted that they didn’t have anything in stock at their location and wasnt even willing to check online sizing options so that I could order. Horrible customer service.

I ran in to Mrs. Samantha Esparza as i was remodeling my newly opened up kitchen.She helped me look at a sink and even took the time to print out a similar sink that was within my budget. I found one and it wasn't here. She doesn't realize that she actually helped me find one for my home and i appreciate that. It wasn't about "business" to her. It was about helping a person who had a need. On behalf of my wife and I thank you for helping us get an idea to find our dream Farmhouse sink!!! God Bless you all!

Needed a replacement part for one of our tubs. Joanne assisted me. She was kind, patient and extremely thorough. She went well beyond what was required. She kept me updated and most importantly kept her word, how refreshing. This experience could have easily been made difficult, instead it was an absolute pleasure and I'm grateful!

When I send our remodeling or new home build clients to shop for their plumbing needs, I make sure they will be asking for Joanne. I trust they will be in the best possible hands. When I do recommend my clients visit with Joanne I follow up to see how it went. and 100 % of the time they are thrilled with her level of help. When I think of Central plumbing I think of how lucky they are to have such a wonderful team member representing them
