I always read reviews and the first thing is rude customer service like no this place is awesome been there for a year straight and always treat me like family best business ever the way it's run is amazing all the workers here deserve the best customers ever also can't beat there prices very affordable PS4 are about 100 maybe less but man great prices tvs are in great condition can't beat there prices anywhere

Attention customers... Store Manager Arturo Longoria has a staff of weak unintelligible attendant's Customer service sucks Deez nuts Haven't been to a pawn shop in over 16 years but today was the day I needed cash assistance by bringing in a 50 in. TV with remote and 2 Solo Beat's 3's Wireless headphones and no one attended to me There were 3 other customers that received help and was never approached for assistance One new customer came and was attended to quickly When he left I was left alone in the store because Arturo Longoria staff were all in the back playing with each other now doubt Customers Do Not Go to this location with your electronic goods because they are saturated in electronics and you will not get the best deal in town period! Arturo Longoria's Sunday staff all had the same expression on their faces of I hate my life and I hate this Job... Avoid this location! Ez Pawn is probably your best bet Not sure but a customer outside as I was leaving noticed me with my items and also said the guy that attended to him also suxs LOL He told me go to EZ PAWN bro Cash America sucks!

Want to take the time to acknowledge one of your workers Jacky. She is an outstanding employee. She went above and beyond to help me. She is very knowledgeable in all the items you have available onsite. She is very thorough and she was very professional but most importantly she listened to my concerns and needs. She will definitely be the reason why I would return to Cash America Pawn for future purchases.

I WANT TO SEND A BIG SHOUT OUT TO A EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF “JOHN” HE IS A Ihard worker n is very great w people I always get get great service when I go ,so I refuse to go anywhere else & they always pay the best and are very understanding and what I like most of all is the employees don’t look down on anyone just because u are pawning something.This is actually the best pawnshop in town!!

Worst customer service. Employees standing around having conversations with themselves while one older employee is attempting to help everyone. And what makes it even worse is, the female employee, who finally stopped her conversation, has the nerve to ask me “are you good or do you need help?” Worse customer service ever.
