I can’t say enough about this dealer. I usually think dealership service centers are out to nickel and dime you, but Cardenas BMW went above and beyond helping me get my 2022 X5 fixed after flooding the engine after a rain storm. They fixed my car within a day and also helped me with my insurance claim and provided me a loaner car until I could get a rental through my insurance company. If I wasn’t from out of state I would bring my car here for all of its future maintenance

Phenomenal service department!! Outstanding customer service. Eli and his team renewed my faith in BMW after a horrible experience at Bert Ogden BMW. From the first phone call they understood my concerns and told me to come on in. Best decision I could’ve made. When you’re willing to drive from Rio Grande City to Harlingen, you know they are doing it right! Thanks again to Eli! Y’all made me feel like family from the moment I walked in the door! We loved our experience at Cardenas BMW! Mr. Cardenas and his team Connor and Lorenzo where wonderful to work with. Mr. Cardenas was very transparent and helped us more than we could have imagined in getting the most value for our trade in which led us to purchase a brand new X5. Connor and Lorenzo are extremely knowledgeable and personable, they helped answer all our questions. We couldn’t have had a better experience! We highly recommend Mr. Cardenas and his establishment if you’re looking to purchase a BMW in the future.

We arrived at the dealership at 9am and spoke with a service advisor on replacing the OEM battery along with vehicle reprogramming. Our vehicle was showing signs/symptoms of a bad battery. He mentioned they were down 1 technician, that’s understandable and we proceeded to continue with the battery replacement and reprogramming the vehicle. 3 hrs have passed and I had to ask for an update.
He asked me is it okay to proceed? This was the main reason why I took my vehicle in, and wanted to re-confirm if I would like to proceed?
I re-confirmed and he added it’ll take another 1-2 hrs for this job to be complete.
Overall, it took 4 hrs to service/replace a battery with vehicle reprogramming. If you have all the time in the world to get a battery replaced, reprogrammed, and horrible communication look no further this is the place for you!
Customers are coming in for a service, please ensure a bit more customer care and support. BMW is on the high end of the car industry so why not be more attentive?

Had an amazing experience today, drove in to the lot thinking I’m only here to preview cars. Boy was I wrong! I now have a vehicle!!! My overall experience was outstanding! I’ve been a BMW driver for a very long time but hadn’t had the best of experiences with a dealership. Until now. At BMW Cardenas, Elijah was very welcoming as a sales agent and was instrumental in assisting me with my selection. Dan, in finance, was very easy to work with. It was as if I was chatting with a friend as we negotiated the terms of my purchase. Both were highly essential to my positive experience! However, one of the most valuable assets Cardenas BMW has is definitely their BMW genius/guru, Lucky. His knowledge and customer support has gone above and beyond my expectations. The team, under Mr Rene Cardenas, genuinely provided me with impressive, high quality customer service! Thank you!
