Words aren’t enough to express the overall experience of authenticity, respect, and valuing while meeting the customers needs! Cardenas BMW in Harlingen is legendary in itself! You won’t find a better quality vehicle ant a quality price!! Its legacy continues in with Mr. Cardenas himself and his amazing staff including Lorenzo and Mary Jane! Buying my first car at Cardenas Mazda/BMW Harlingen was such a great experience! After I had bad experiences at other local dealerships earlier this week, I immediately felt the difference here. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome and didn’t pressure me to make a rushed decision.
I want to especially thank Mr. Rene Cardenas, Dan, and Mary Jane for being so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make this milestone exciting and stress-free.
I highly recommend Cardenas Mazda/BMW Harlingen to everyone, especially first-time buyers, looking for amazing service and people who genuinely care.

WORST DEALERSHIP IVE BEEN TO hands down!!!!
Service department are rude as hell, walked around the whole ghost dealership while waiting for my BMW to be serviced and NOT ONE employee from BMW or Mazda came out to ask if I was interested in a vehicle….. the facilities are HORRENDOUS! Falling apart , there was a damn chicken in the BMW lobby…… I came here from Brownsville because it was closer than BMW McAllen but there is no comparison the restroom in BMW McAllen is better place to be than the entire facility at Cardenas! I believe these 5 star ratings are family and friends not actual customers!!!! No real lobby for service customers….

Recently purchased our BMW from Mr. Reni Cardenas, and my husband and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. First time we purchase a new vehicle where it didn’t just feel like a transaction. Mr. Cardenas was very patient, attentive, and friendly. He and his staff waited on us and stayed after hours to make the purchase happen. Yesterday I came out with my dream car from Cardenas BMW!! Great experience since the very beginning!! A special thanks and recognition to Ren who went above and beyond helping me decided which vehicle was the best fit for me. I would like to say that bigger doesn’t mean Better
I drove all the way from San Antonio where Principal BMW a location that is in walking distance from my work gave me horrible service there and will never do business with them again!
But Mr Elle Hinojosa and his team here at Cardenas BMW in Harlingen Texas gave me an absolute amazing service.
They need to go to Principal BMW and show them the meaning of courteous home style service.
