“Best Airport (Not in size / traffic) in terms of getting in/out, quality of service, helpfulness of the airport staff, cleanliness.

The team leader of American Airlines did a great job handling an 18 minute delay of AA3657 on Aug 9th. None of us missed our connections at DFW.

This man was outstanding and the best AA ground staff I have seen. I take 40 to 50 AA flights each year!

“We were on spring break from 3/26/24-4/1/24 and rented from Enterprise at the Harligen Airport. The staff was very friendly and though we had to wait for our minivan to get cleaned, they kept checking in with us to make sure we were updated with a timeframe as to when we would get our vehicle. We've rented all over the US and were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of our vehicle. Upon return, the staff was helpful in getting us information on how to deal with a toll charge that we incurred while in the area. Again, very friendly and knowledgeable. We would rent from them again. Thank you, Alyssa, for your help when we returned our minivan.”

“To the rescue!

We reserved a large passenger van from another car rental company in Harlingen. The other company called the night before the reservation to cancel it. AVIS TO THE RESCUE!

Called them at 5:46pm and within 11 minutes I had exactly what we needed! They actively worked to find a solution, even walking outside to confirm the needed vehicle was available, and held the keys to confirm I would have it for the following day.

“User friendly both online and with Enterprise Support Center. I needed a car at last minute and Enterprise did fantastic to accommodate. I can’t thank Enterprise car rental enough. Beautiful, clean cars, inside and out. I ordered the Chevrolet Tahoe and we received new tires and all the goodies inside. This Tahoe drove amazing as it should. At the store in Harlingen, Tx near the expressway, the customer service is amazing. The process was so easy and my agent knew I was in a hurry but she didn’t rush her process. She was very professional and did her job as she should. I think this office, as busy as it does get, should have more cars at their lot. It is an inconvenience for a customer to wait for a car. But this wasn’t my issue, it was another customer. I was in and out on the road. Lastly, don’t go to any other car rental, especially the “B” car rental at the airport, he was very disrespectful. Thank you Enterprise, you have a customer for life. You are my Brand when I need a car or truck.”

“Customer service was superior.I had extended my rental (an easy process using the app) but there was an issue with billing under the contract I rent through. Even though it was very busy at the time I returned the vehicle, the (new) employee who checked me in was helpful to get me to a manager in a professional and pleasant way. The on-site manager was able to quickly address the issue and made sure I had the information needed to confirm the proper charges. Excellent experience with your Austin team.”

“Had my own scheduling issues, ran late thought I was going to miss my flight but the staff was helpful in recognizing the sense of urgency and did what they could to race me through checkout and shuttle me to the airport just down the block.
