Customer service could benefit from enhancing their interpersonal skills, specifically by displaying greater patience when addressing basic questions. This is evident from my recent exchange where I asked if there were alternative locations and received a discourteous response followed by an unceremonious hangup .4th reply- My review may be irrelevant to your business, but it was also solely on your customer service via phone. Thank you for acknowledging my review as baseless and pointless, which reflects your company's indifference towards addressing minor issues such asking a question via phone call with professionalism.

On Saturday I got in an accident and got stuck in a ditch. The police called them to take it out, the truck was still in good conditions nothing was harmed. but on the process, the guy made a pull and one of the disc brakes got messed up. I called to tell them about it and told them it was their wrong doing but said they aren’t responsible for it. The towing was expensive so the least you expect is the job to get done right and not get you car damaged.

The driver was great. But the management and or operating partners attempted to defraud me and my insurance company. I was told nobody would be heading to me and my family until I put my card on file because my roadside assistance only covered a certain amount of miles. So I did what anyone would do... in good faith I gave my card information. Then they lied to my insurance company claiming they provided far more services than they actually did. They told my insurance company they had to take me an hour away.... in all reality we only went 7 miles up the highway. Once we confronted about this lie and several others I was told I couldn't be helped because of my attitude. I do not want a discount, a refund, or a free service. I want pay for the work that was done. I have integrity and value peoples time, energy and skill. But that appreciation goes out the window when you are constantly lied to and insulted by money hungry opportunist who stole from me in a crisis. This company is disgusting and I hope it was worth it.Service: Car towing

This morning I contacted Capital Towing LLC in Harlington, TX to tow my Jeep to a local dealership also in Weslaco TX as I was in a horrible mess. They sent me an invoice (upfront) and I paid my bill for services as they charge in advance which I thought was strange but I trusted them. I was in contact with the business by phone and driver by phone and text message. We spoke over the phone and messaged several times. I waited for the driver at the entrance. There is a $2.00 fee to enter the parking lot. I never saw the driver or flatbed tow truck. I repeat, I was in contact with the driver by phone and text message multiple times. I called the company when the driver failed to show up and they claim they cancelled the tow because of the $2.00 fee to enter the parking lot. I waited at the gate and would have paid the $2.00 or re-embursed the driver the $2.00. I certainly was not going to make a huge deal for 2 bucks. But I never saw a flatbed tow truck and they never called me even though we spoke previously several times. I had to call the company and they told me they cancelled the tow and my $169.95 charge was non-refundable. I explained I never saw the driver and was at the gate watching for him. They basically said "too bad" and he's already been rerouted for a different pickup. I even texted with the driver but then my calls wouldn't go through. I assume he blocked me. Understand, I was not rude. They claim its over the $2.00 charge to enter the parking lot I would have definitely paid and was there to pay. It's not right to charge for a service you don't preform and refuse to refund the clients money. I trusted them in good faith to preform a service I paid for in its entirety upfront. They cancelled the agreement, (not me) and refused to credit me back my money claiming they there is a "no refund" policy. I'd never consider using these scumbags in the future under any circumstance. ADDITIONAL INFO: I called another local towing company (Steel Towing) and they were there within 20 minutes. He charged me after the Jeep was delivered to the Jeep service dept before he unloaded. He sent a pic of the Jeep on his truck and another when dropped off at the dealership. And the final charge was considerably less. FANTASTIC SERVICE.
