The store is so clean and organized. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We left with a new hat fixed just like my husband wanted it. I loved the Montana silver display.

My Husband went in yesterday Saturday of 3/10/24 to purchase some boots and western shirt for my Son and he advised me that he received no customer service from any employees and he saw them helping others who walked in after him. Then when he was ready to pay that no one helped him at the counter he was waiting with his items on the counter, until a lady employee told another employee “someone help the guy in the cap” in a rude manner. We still gave our business because they had what we were looking for but they need better customer service.

Great service! Went in to get my boots stretched. The girls who helped told me my boots would be ready in 3 days! I asked if they can be ready ASAP. They said they weren’t sure if that was possible. They actually were ready the same day. Thank you ladies for your help!!! I finally get to wear my boots again!!!

Idk what that other review from 10 years ago was talking about, but things must've gotten better because we had a pretty good experience.We visited from Southern California and came in to get some boots for my 1 year old nephew. People kept to themselves and were friendly when we walked in. They didn't hover over us for a sale, they just let us roam around and shop freely.They seemed to have a good selection. I don't have any knowledge of this kind of stuff, but it was a good experience. But who knew infant cowboy boots were pricey!!

Employee Julie was so helpful and informative. Julie had the patience with our young boys. The other ladies were friendly as well. We will be back for more boots.
