The agent that this location R. Mireles, is extremely rude and disrespectful. Went in to pay my unit and the sign on the door said CLOSED and the lit open sign was not on. According to the hours of operation, he should have been there. Seeing that it said CLOSED I left. I called the office number shorty after I left and he answered. Told me he was there, so I explained to him that I saw the CLOSED sign and saw that the lit open sign was off. He started telling me that I should have gotten off my car to check the door knot. Yesterday, he had felt a hand written note on the door stating that he was gone for the day, which he should have been open till 6. He started to yell at me and said, "Look at our business hours lady. He doesn't forget to put his lunch sign up, which he leaves on the door even passed his lunch time. So, one can only assume he out of the office. I just said, if you could just put up the open sign and turn on your lit sign. He continues to yell and said Your those kind of difficult woman. Never had any issues with Andrew, the previous agent. After, that he applied my cash payment to a different unit(258). After, viewing my receipt, and saw the error, I went back for the correction. He didn't apologize for his mistake, but yelled at me some more and kicked me off the premises.I'm
