Sales person offered me tint for the front doors and even told me where to go get it, at outlet center @ Weslaco. I made an appointment at the specific location, and now I'm being told it is not part of the package (when verified at the dealership). They could have tried to find out rather than just saying not part of a sales package.
There is nothing bad about sales person in particular. Just everyone else who answers the phone is not willing to help.
For example, I called the day before for general information, and whoever answered made a quick reply and asked me to call my salesperson for any other information.
Makes me not to look forward to my extended warranty services.
Not good at all. Cold transfered to an answering machine when I wasn't even done talking. So I callef back for an extended hold.

Beware!!! Purchased a Toyota Tacoma this past summer. Yes. I was treated very kindly and attentive during the sell. However, as soon as we exited dealer, 3-4 days later, no one was available. My sales guy (Israel) was not available. The Finance Mgr (Courtney) never answered calls or emails. Called and emailed numerous times but it was as if dealership just disappeared. Within a month, after going in circles, finally requested and left messages with Israel, Carlos, Maddie, and Maribel to please have General Mgr call me...he was on vacation mid July...but still nobody has reached out to me. The last call and text I made to Israel, my sales guy was completely ignored. Beware. I felt completely played. They are awesome in making promises with their sale. But promises are not kept, and they will completely disappear! Sadly I purchased extended warranties so I will still need to deal with this nonsense. So disappointed and frustrated.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2024 Land Cruiser from Bert Ogden Toyota in Harlingen . My sales rep , Albert Preciado , was so professional, knowledgeable , and resourceful . His manager , Albert , also made the transaction very hard for me to walk away from. It was a very unexpected purchase made real easy for me . I look forward to being part of the Toyota Family .
