We had an amazing experience at the dealership. We called ahead and they had the vehicle up front and ready for a test drive when we got there. JP was an amazing salesman. It was 11 pm before we left and we were never rushed or made to feel like they wanted us out the door. They worked with us and we got the deal and car we wanted. Amazing place!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!... People here never answer the phone... Only when they try to sell you a car, other than that.. the service and parts departments are as good as dead... They transfer you multiple times, then they place you on hold only to send you to voice mail and never even bother to return your calls... THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.... STAY AWAY, YOU WILL ONLY BE GIVEN THE RUNAROUND... STAAAAAAAAY AWAAAAAAAAAAY... I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH... As a customer, you would be better of going somewhere else... TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE... So sad.......

I felt like they were not really interested to make a sale. We had to contact the Hyundai financial department to help us out because we were very interested in the vehicle and want them to really help us out to get the vehicle. When we went back the sales man was not very helpful. I expected for them to find a car that was in my budget but yet they never did. We had to look around ourselves by looking online prices and walking around the dealership. At the end when we finally found the SUV we wanted they wanted to send numbers to the bank with out them showing us a paper with the quote. I had to ask the sales man to call the manger that before they would send it to the bank I need it to see the numbers to make sure I was happy with the payments and my trade in. The sales man was Jose and the manager was patty. We still made a deal but I wish I had a better experience it was my first time buying a Kia.
