Purchased vehicle 9/23, didn't receive plates until 1/24. I was from out of state and wanted it registered in my home state. There was no communication about their "3rd party" having issues with registering it even though I went into dealership a couple of times about it. I finally agreed to register in TX. Still took a month. There's more, but to keep it short, rather than going into all the issues individually....communication between dealership and the customer (in my case anyway) has been lacking terribly. With my last issue also showed me a lack of customer service and created inconvenience for not only myself, but a couple of the dealerships employees as well. Although my issue FINALLY got resolved, it was not without frustration (and I will admit, some anger on my part). This was not at the Jeep dealership (although it is a Jeep I purchased) but at their Mazda location. I know nothing about their other locations.

People don't return calls or answer questions regarding vehicle. I asked to speak to service manager and was placed on hold for over 21 minutes before I hung up. New facility, same bad Customer service

Bad Service at the new location, no one has call me or text or ANYTHING! no up date of my next appointment to replace the radio screen of my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2020 Limited X . Poor management 100 % . The person taking care of my issues Lori was FIRED , no one contact me for an up date of time frame. BAD SERVICE, NO BUENO

I took my '16 grand caravan to their newer facilities for a couple of services and I added a 3rd to take advantage of already being there. Two of the services were subpar and after i complained to the service dept, they made it right, even offering a nice discount. In all, very professional, attentive, and super nice. All of them, from the manager, the free shuttle, and especially Arleta. God bless B.O. Chrysler

First time going to a dealership and buying a car. I was treated with respect and my salesperson was the best. I loved the overall experience. I would highly recommend asking for Jorge Izaguirre for the best deal possible.

The whole thing was really quick. I saw a vehicle that I liked at the end of one day and literally saw it the next morning. The people were really cool really awesome honestly don’t know how else to say that I had a good experience.

My husband took his truck in for repair, they haven't even gotten around to looking at it after 2 weeks. We have been paying for a rental. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! We are having to take it somewhere else.
