Update, this company has performed well for us. The communication has gotten much better over the last 3 years or so. I would recommend them to what they do, help people keep property taxes under control.

They came highly recommended by my property management company but I am very disappointed and frankly shocked at the lack of professionalism they demonstrate. I signed with them in May of '21 and after this received NO communication from them. I called their office and sent several emails inquiring as to the status of my account to no avail. I never heard from them again and had to end up paying the full tax bill. The telephone number for the office was answered by machine and the message was always, "voice mailbox full and can't receive any messages."

Total waste of time. Don’t waste your time with this outfit. On April 2018 I personally spoke with Travis Bence and he outlined what I needed to furnish them to represent us. I fulfilled his request and he responded that he received everything he needed. Of course I have documentation of everything we sent him. After numerous calls during July and August 2018 the office finally told me they have no record of my account. Checking with Cameron County tax office I was told no one showed up for my protest hearing. I don’t know what kind of games they play but this is not an outfit you want to do business with.

My family and I have been sending all our properties to them for years. They don't get reductions every year, but they really help keep the taxing authorities in line. I have fought the county myself and oh what a pain that is... got reduction 1 time and big hit the road another. Bence takes care of it all and only collects percentage of what you save the 1st year.

My wife and I got no results with this outfit at all. Virtually no communication and when we did no feedback. They NEVER returned calls. Waste of time and energy.
