I came to autozone to check on some electrical issues I was having with my vehicle. Carlos L. helped me check my battery and it was bad! I had warranty so was able to get a knew one and Carlos, on the spot swapped it out for me. Amazing customer service. Quick and efficient! Gave me some great advice on how to keep my battery clean! Terrible management.. Terrible customer service. You call they don't answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold before you can ask them anything .. waited 30 mins on hold before I hung up
