Do not take your animal, they have absolutely no compassion. My cat Loki has feline leukemia, and is sick, facility states they offer walk in, but not today next available appointment in2 weeks.

it has great prices and is good for basic necessities however when my dog started having some issues , ofc i took her to the vet. doc said she may have an infection OR seasonal allergies. gave me antibiotics AND changed her diet and she was fine. went back for a similar issue bc it came back and doc GUESSED again that it was environmental allergies and said no beef or chicken. guessing is not the way to go. i stopped feeding her both and she continued. changed her diet back and added some things i found online to help and she got so much better within the first three days. saved myself like $150 with a google search which is not a good thing for the vet. fur baby is doing much better and i will be switching vets bc i don’t like playing the guessing game. she’s supposed to be a doc and gave diagnosis without any testing.

After my pet got surgery, they didnt give me my deposit bc apparently they took 25$ off my previous appt for another pet and didnt tell me. The lady at the front said it was their fault for jot telling me and kept the 25$. The other 25$ they took off from an appt that i missed that i had already payed 25$ for missing. So bc they were dishonest, they will be losing far more money than the 50$ deposit

If it weren't for Dr. Mitchell and staff I know I would've lost my 6 yr old bestfriend Sherry. After a quick diagnose and emergency surgery My Sherry is being her silly energetic self once again .. we are forever grateful for this clinic

Took my 6 miniature schnauzers to get their tails docked, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a very pleasant experience there. Definitely recommend this place

Friendly staff. Prices are amazing. Small & big animals welcomed. First time taking my dog last night. Dr. Mitchell had a quick diagnosis and was able to help her reach the other side fast. Give you honest feedback and the best options for your fur babies. For any future pets, definitely going to bring them here for check ups and any other matters.

Been coming here for years but today was our best visit. Woke up to my cat bloody around the neck and acting tired. Called the office and they were able to get us seen the same day. My cat had an abscess and they were able to assess him, drain it, and get us his medicines in less than an hour! Staff took such good care of our boy and explained everything so well. I could tell my cat felt very safe around those treating him. They answered all my questions and really took their time. My cat was home for 5 minutes and already acting much more like himself. Thank you Arroyo Vet! You all rock ?

Front desk personnel very nice. Didn't have to wait to long after appt time. Vet assistant very gentle with Bo. Only thing was, when vet came in she didn't introduce herself (knew she was vet by name tag). I felt a little rushed. Overall i will go back with Bo.

This place was above and beyond for us. Dr. Shelly took our dog right in the same day when other veternarians would turn us away and say for an emergency we would have to wait get our dog seen. This place cared. They said come in. And so we did because our dog was having a blockage for a whole week and we just could find help. But this place was amazing. They fit us in a same day appt. Did the surgery the other vet didn't wish to do and saved our dog. His intestines were a mess from a prior surgery with another vet that performed it which we were informed by the prior owners he had eaten a sock. I felt that surgery wasn't performed right when our dog was more that usual vomiting after eating his food. Didn't seem okay nor normal. Then his intestines got worst and he needed surgery again and that is when we met Dr. Shelly and she was over and beyond to save Droco. Instantly I knew this was a woman that would get the job done right and I knew she WAS THE ONLY WOMAN FOR THIS PROCEDURE with her expertise. I felt it instantly. This place is professional. Caring, And gets the job done no matter how difficult while other vets would want to just do the easy way out. I totally recommend this place. Dr. Shelly saved Droco's life. We will be forever overly GREATFUL to her and so Blessed to have found this woman! She is trully GOD sent AMAZING!

Stopped by today for a walk in for my two dogs. They were able to squeeze me in. The front and the Waiting room was very clean . Customers were so sweet and friendly. Front desk was very helpful. Every employee in the back cared for my dogs as if they were their own. I am very happy and grateful that I have found a primary Vet Hospital for my babies.

The doctors and staff are very friendly and informative. I have brought my dogs here for several years and have always enjoyed their service and how much they care about our pets. I will definitely be continuing to use them as our primary vet hospital.
