“Vast selection of tools at competitive prices. Store layout is easy to navigate. Employees are OK, could be better but its the same thing at Lowe's. Prefer Home Depot but now that Lowe's has Klein tools I find myself going to Lowe's a little bit more, but Home Depot has Milwaukee, Ridgid and Ryobi so I keep coming back.”
