2 days in a row i went to advanced auto parts to get 2 different parts. I was given the wrong part from advance auto parts both times so each time i went else where and was given the right part the first time plus at a cheaper price. Advance auto parts has lost another customer. Bad customer service and staff are not knowledgeable enough to be working in a auto parts store

Went over there try to get a 15/16 socket and an older gentleman said they didn't have it when i can see them right behind him at the counter. Then he took me to an aisle that have nothing to do with it. Just went to AutoZone
