I have gone to Nicki several times, giving her a shot at doing my cut & color but she ruined my hair! She tends to talk and gets easily distracted. Will not be going back.

I'm always nervous trying a new place. Nikki was highly recommended to me to fix my hair. I had previously been seeing someone who was over processing my hair, and it was really damaged. When I walked in I was instantly greeted and felt right at home minutes after meeting the ladies. My hair turned out perfect! The customer service is the best. Emily and Nikki made me feel comfortable and we're very knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone who is looking for the perfect place to get your hair done or facials to head to The Loft. You won't be disappointed.

I visit Emily once a month for a facial and its the most relaxing hour ever!! It’s a need in my life at this point!!! Go see her you won’t regret it!Nikki has been doing my hair for years now and I swear she is a master when it comes to color! I just let her do her thing because she kills it every time!

It’s always a treat having Emily work on my face and or brows. Her room is clean and relaxing and she always makes me feel like I’m the most important client she has. 10/10 recommend going to see her.
