It’s a bummer because I love the products at this location.
I do not appreciate staff picking up the phone and hanging it up on me without speaking. This has happened multiple occasions, it’s rude and unprofessional.

The Starbucks in the store is my favorite Starbucks. Only ONE barista can make my favorite just RIGHT AND SHE WORKS HERE! Love her! She’s so nice and I enjoy seeing her every time I get my Brown Sugar Shaken Expresso , she also put me on to this coffee!!

DO NOT buy the 5 tier bookshelf from here. I have bought 4 over the last decade & they were fine. But now they come with the wrong hardware. I went in to exchange it but it still came with the wrong hardware!! Just save yourself the time & don't buy it. Now I have to go back a 3rd time just to return it.

This was the worst Target experience I have ever had. The gentleman that was scanning my items, was distracted. He would scan an item and then fold it over the scanner and it would rescan. Then he kept talking on the microphone to other workers and he would stop and loose track of what he was doing. I had to tell him several times he rescanned or that he already scanned an item. After the third or fourth rescan, I asked him to stay focused and concentrate because he keeps rescanning. He then decided to go very very slow, and he just started at me with an awkward stare and said is this better? And I said, please stop smiling and staring at me, you're making me uncomfortable and being awkward. Then he went and told all the customers and other staff, that I called him ugly. Which I did not. He said, I brush my teeth and take showers, I'm sorry I'm ugly but I was born this way. I repeated that he was being awkward and that I never called him ugly. It was horrible customer service. Not only was he super slow, and kept rescanning items that I had to tell him about, but he smiled and stared and made me very uncomfortable. A nice lady, came to relieve him and gave him go to another register. But it took 15 minutes to scan 26 items. I would have been quicker doing it myself, but the self checkout was closed. This gentleman needs to not be with customer service. He doesn't know how to properly treat them. As soon as I voiced my frustration with his double scanning. He mocked me and went super slow and smiled awkwardly. I'm not sure I will be back, and if I ever see this guy again I will not go through his lane. And if he's the only one open, I'll find a manager to help me checkout.

I typically shop on line. When I had to do a return at the Harker Heights Target, I was impressed at how clean the store was, how fast the return was handled, and how friendly and helpful the sales associate was.

Sunday at 10ish and no cashiers. The self checkout was full and we needed to wait for help until the worker helped two other customers. A special price was not applied and helped fix it but when we got our receipt our coupon was not applied. She sent us to customer service because she couldn’t help us. Again we had to wait behind two others. The helper looked at our receipt and agreed it had not been applied. A lady came up behind him, I assume she was someone in authority, and proceeded to ask us if we put in our phone number and our red card. I told her I’ve never had to do both. I usually apply coupons and use the app. Did not appreciate her insinuation that it was our fault the coupon didn’t apply. Then she proceeded to say that on Sunday there are glitches because it is a new ad. I would think if a big company like Target knows that there are issues they would fix it. At least this trip to Target helped reinforce that I shouldn’t go in to the store. I always spend too much on impulse buys.
