Had an appointment for her to look at my hair before Perm. I walked in , she said come here and pointed at the Chair.
I introduced myself , she didn't even say hello or her name . She touched my hair , then told me she can't and won't do my hair until my bleach was grown out. Long Long time ago I use a litte Sun in and she used that for a reason.
My mom gets her hair colored and permed all the time. I'm a natural blonde ! There are perms for all styles.
I'm telling you she was rude and arrogant , she could've offered to Shampoo and Cut if she was in the money making business.
You're supposed to make people feel better.
Stylist: 25 years experience ?? hahaha

This is her prom hair so disappointing I ask for half up with lots of curls and.i could see parts in her hair and.it was to late to go to another place I don't see how to add a pic

I absolutely love my hair! It's the perfect shade of blonde! Katie did an acceptional job! Such a sweet woman ❤️ I recommend her for all your blonde needs.
Hair type: My natural color always turns brassy or an orange color when I lighten it! I did not experience any of that with Katie.

I had the pleasure of having Kate s do my hair . Absolutely blown away with the results. Got the exact look I wanted based off one look she took at a photo I had . She was professional and kind and I much appreciated that she did not rush me out of her chair . I left today was probably one of the best haircut and color that I’ve had in over 10 years. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone In need of a style transformation!
Thank you again, Southern grace All the staff is absolutely wonderful. I will be happy to return again.

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Chungson and I couldn’t be happier! She is incredibly friendly, and just makes you feel comfortable. I brought my 5 month old baby with me, and she even helped wiped my daughter’s nose after she sneezed. I was in desperate need of a long overdue haircut, especially now that my baby likes to pull out my hair. Ms Chungson did my hair exactly as I wanted and more. Complete with a nice little scalp and neck massage along with my shampoo. I’m one happy momma, I can’t wait until my next appointment with her for some highlights. I will definitely continue getting future haircuts from her ☺️

‘Tis the season for dark hair! I decided to give this place a go- specifically one particular stylist, after seeing her work on the good ‘ol Instagram. I had my appointment with my newly darkened hair. After living with it for a day I was sad I had lost the dimension in my hair and my face-framing lighter pieces. I reached out to them and I was in them hair the next day to get it fixed! They were SO pleasant and kind, and really listened to me. In these situations if you approach with kindness, it will likely be reciprocated. I learned that it’s OK to say something if you are unhappy (which is SO hard for me). They went above and beyond and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with my hair. 8/10 recommend! Ok, maybe this turned into more of a life lesson for me than a review. Thanks y’all!Ok, I’m also adding in here that I paid $290 to get my hair done there, and to be quite honest, it is not worth the $290 I spent (a price that does not include the tip I left). I believe I was unfairly charged for the service I got simply due to what I booked on the website (balayage with toner and cut- and I did not get any balayage the first time I went in… Maybe the 2nd visit due to it having to be fixed, an issue that could have been avoided had it been done right the first time). So yes, while my hair looks much better after the fix, I feel like I was swindled on the price/service. So just be aware.

When you go to a salon you are supposed to leave with your hair ready to go right?? Well here it was the opposite. Today I saw hairstylist Kate. I called and was excited to be scheduled same day as I had a date to go to tonight. I came in for a trim and all over color. While she trimmed and colored my hair, there was very little attempt at conversation. There was no offer of any beverage by anyone. When we got back to the chair from the washing station, she had me turned away from the mirror the entire time because her appliance cords were too short. I didn't see my hair until she took the cape off. She gave me a middle part which I never do on myself and had she asked I would have told her. My natural part is to the side so honestly idk why she did that on her own accord. She also gave me a blunt cut at the bottom which I'm also not a huge fan of and would have told her had she asked. When I saw myself in the mirror finally, I was not the least bit impressed. I decided it's better to cut my losses and hurry up and get home to fix it up a bit before I go out just to realize it this was going to be 200$?? From wet to dry, she styled my hair for ten minutes. Y'all can lmk if this looks like a 65$ blowout. My sideburn curls were not touched by the flat iron and there was still hair dye on my face that I didn't notice until I got home! I was there less then and hour and a half. The wall of products that they have is just for show cuz she only used one in my hair after I asked what products does she USUALLY USE. The lack of attention to detail really made me feel like it was all just rushed. Do yourself a favor and just buy box dye and do it at home instead of coming to this place.

I went in today to get my summer highlights (Honey Blonde) back into my hair.My Appt was for 12p. I will own my opportunity as I arrived 12:15. When I set my appointment I gave them full detailed info on my hair, length, what I would love done. They provided me a quote. Perfect. While collecting the information, they booked another appt for 2pm with the same stylist who was doing my hair. Though I am not a stylist, this is not filmy first rodeo getting my hair done. It usually takes at least minimum 3hrs to complete my hair.So you can imagine my frustration wheny stylist says, we CANNOT do all of it today, it’ll have to be a partial and then come back. I barely have time for my own life and to have to make time to come back!! WTH!I went ahead and proceeded, hell I was in The chair already. When we get to the toner part, she asked me what did I have done prior? I explained I had violet highlights back in September. The violet was to drastic and it was too expensive to have them tone it down, so my sister went ahead and toned it using box dye. I AM NOT A STYLIST. So during the toning process, she said she had to TONE it down so basically, my hair looked completely the same as when I walked in. I AM SO UPSET!!!$180.00 paid and no changes.Kate was nice during the process however after I started asking questions she started saying Well it was the box dye, then her peer jumps in trying to take over the conversation. Now, I have to spend, SOMEWHERE ELSE, another 180.00 to 200.00 to get what I would like done.
