I'm happy to return to the area to see there's a Sam's here and I don't need to go to Temple. I haven't gone while it's been crowded and it could be that what's crowded to others isn't crowded to me. I use the app for check out which is extremely helpful. I just scan as I go. Never a mess, the employees are nice and helpful and the meat is great. What I can't find at a butcher I can find here. I come here often and barely go to HEB or Walmart. I live in Cove this time around but it's way better than driving to Temple.

[REVIEW # 2,000! :D] I'm pretty familiar with Sam's given we have one pretty close to home. So, being here and the need came up, it was a good thing it was conveniently on our way home. (It was sorta a last minute calling-and-audible thing in the car.) It was pretty crowded on a weekday afternoon, but we got lucky with parking. (Right up front!) We needed to get a few things for dinner (we were currently a dozen peeps packed in Big Bro's house for a few days) so bulk was the way to go. We found everything we needed, and with the scan and go option, checking out was at ease. We couldn't leave without making a stop at the café. Mom had her usual hotdog and drink combo, and I had my pizza and drink combo. What a bargain: less than $5 to feed us both! And it's not like they're snack sizes: they were meal sizes! FUNNY FACT: I finally found something smaller in Texas vs California. I was surprised as I expected it to be much bigger compared to the Sam's I normally go to. Great run! Good to know they're here. Will make another stop when that kinda need comes up again!

I love me some sams club pizza last two times ive been here the pizza was undone second time i ordered a fresh pizza to go and got a pizza thats been sitting in the pizza warmer ??

I've been a very long time member of Sam's and I like this one. I don't really know where everything is just yet, still learning the inside of it but there is definitely more products/merchandise here than the one I grew up going to which is understandable because we are in the states and I'm sure there's just much more they can get their hands on versus what can be shipped to the one back home in Hawai'i. I will say that the Food Court part is pretty quick with their service. I love the self check out lane when it's time for me to scan my items. Haven't really gone here enough to get a better picture of the stores aisles and locations of the produce and all that but when I do I'll give a better review/update.

The store is always clean and organized. I like the scan and go option. I just wish there were more discounts for using it. Good selection of items and thankfully when I go back for something I bought they have it again. Many times with Costco they would get something and then never have it again.

it's great. less ghetto than the HEBs and the Walmarts in the area but all the s*** is kind of random places. your be like oh man we just got milk but now we have to go on the other side of the store to get whipped cream when all the dairy should be by each other. other then that I have no complaints it's a good place to go and the premade meals are normally good.

Great to pay extra for curbside pick up to find out they want you to go in the store to pick up your item. Makes no sense! Then when you call the store, no one picks up, it just rings and rings.

Only because Sam’s changed member benefits without telling me. I signed up with free curbside being a benefit and out of blue now it’s not free, regardless what you spend. Got the email that club prices were going up, but not about my current benefits changing now. Bad customer practice.

Being able to buy bulk and be a plus member is great. Going in a lil earlier than the rest. What I have a problem is when I am Tryn to schedule an appointment for my tires. Check how much a battery would be. It takes a whole day. Still with no answer. On hold until it disconnects. Is there no good customer service. I have left messages. Does no one work there? I called the tired section. Multiple times through out the day. I also called the customer service extension. This is terrible. Very frustrating.

I've had more good experiences than bad. I normally do the pick-up, and only once did it take an extremely long time for my items to come out. Other than that, the process takes less than 10 min. I do like that they have a fuel station here, which of course gets crowded and people are not always considerate of those in line. It really depends when you are coming here and the type of experience you'll have.

Unfortunately, there's a baby formula shortage going on now May 16, 2022; however, Sam's Club did not disappoint. They had quite a few cases of formula which my son purchased. Sam's Club is clean and very well organized. The staff is friendly and very quick to assist.
